  • Analyzed kinematics and load distribution for planetary gear systems to ensure reliable high-torque transmission in heavy equipment.
  • Performed precision machining and overhauls on VRM hydraulic cylinders and stacker magnetic couplings; fabricated custom Teflon liners to prevent metal-on-metal wear.
  • Reverse-engineered failed components into 2D technical drawings and integrated them with the plant ERP to streamline spare-part procurement.
  • Diagnosed thermal anomalies on rotary kiln shells and supported refractory replacements while monitoring PLC-controlled clinker cooling sequences to maintain continuous production.
